Serenity

British singer Dusty Springfield was notorious for the chaos in her life.  Indeed she even said once "I wouldn't know how to handle serenity if someone handed it to me on a plate."  While clearly a humorous jibe at the occasional unmanageability in her own life Springfield also touches on a fact all-to-real for millions; that serenity eludes us not because of its inherent impossibility but because we don't know how to handle it.  Simply, serenity is often too overwhelming for us.  It is our hope that you can begin to journey into a place where peace, calm, and serenity is not the exception but the norm in your life.
